• E-mail address
• Mobile phone number
• BTW / VAT identification number
• IBAN Bank account number*

* If you don’t have a business bank account, that’s no problem but then we need your personal bank account number and also a copy of a bank statement not older than 1 month.

If everything is complete, the application can be processed within 2 weeks.

Due to crowds at the moment, this can take up to 4 weeks.
